...our cost... we are not looking to make money on shipping. Our
Exchange and our
Return for Refund policies are also formulated to just
cover costs incurred in the process of fulfilling your requests.
Please know we are honest and reasonable and will bend over backward to honor any reasonable request concerning these policies... just give us a call.
SHIPPING COSTS:
- FREE Shipping ...on any English Saddle to anywhere in the Continental USA
- For International, Hawaii, or Alaska please e-mail us (below) for accurate shipping costs and options. (You will recieve a prompt reply).
- FREE Shipping on all Closeout Saddles!
EXCHANGE POLICY: (free shipping!)
- We are happy to exchange any Saddle for a different size or style provided the saddle comes back to us within 15 days of delivery (or 15 days after Christmas!) and in the new condition it was sent in. We will cover shipping costs back to you when exchanging (within the continental USA). Customer is responsible for shipping costs in sending the saddle to be exchanged back to us.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
- We will accept the return of any saddle within 15 days from delivery day (or 15 days after Christmas!), for any reason, under the following conditions:
- Saddle must be returned in the new condition it was sent in... no scratches or markings as we must be able to sell it as new, unused.
- Saddle can returned for full value in store credit... OR...
- A... 10% of the Saddle's Price re-stocking fee must be charged on any saddle returned for refund ...to cover the costs incurred in getting the saddle, boxing it, and preparing it for delivery to you.
